RASMEE @rasmeewayrana, embarked on her musical journey right from her hometown in Nam Yuen, northeastern THAILAND, where she immersed herself in the melodies of her father's Khmer folk band. Her music beautifully entwines the vibrant traditions of Mor-lam and CAMBODIAN jariang with Western and African musical influences. The album "Thong-Lor Cowboy" is the remarkable outcome of her collaboration with Sasha Masakowsk, a New Orleans native, described as “Electro Isan Soul.” KOMODO is spinning "Beauty of Loneliness" plus heaps more tracks from the album.

Oh and of course we better mention that DENGUE FEVER @denguefevermusic have dropped their new album “Ting Mong”. A Ting Mong is an effigy of protection, a scarecrow-like figure usually placed at the entrance of a village or a home where it wards off diseases and evil spirits. This month we are featuring the track “Room 720”. It sounds like PORTISHEAD @portisheadofficial singing in KHMER!
